I am the same as you Paul,usually end up smashing my toes on something.Ok in the shower after sport,helps keep the feet safe from open shower gel caps - ha ha ha..... Thanks for the comments Paul

Never could keep them on my feet myself! Though in Brazil they are worn all the time by some people, so some manage it!
